All GCIC painters are fully licensed and hold all necessary licenses, tickets or permits including senior first aid, work at heights, work with fuels, work with electricity, EWP and 11m+ boom, with many jobs being performed out of swing stage, wall climbers, BMU, tower crane man box and EWP’s.

Spray Painting

This is a unique system using the latest technology in spray gun systems. A static charge is given to the chosen surface that is to be painted and a positive charge is added to the paint via the spray gun. This ensures that the paint is only attracted to the chosen surface.

This is an electric paint machine that uses a pump to pressurise the paint to deliver a direct and precise coating at high volumes.

We have a close relationship with all suppliers to ensure that the best products are used for each project allowing the perfect finishes to be achieved. We apply all paint to manufactures specification to allow for warranties to be given where necessary.

We can also colour match all colours via colour code or name or through colouring matching of samples.

Repairs

We offer dent, damage and scratch repairs to all powder coated surfaces, alpolic panels, window, door and shop fronts.

Protective Coatings

GCIC also provide services in protective coatings on steel structures in high corrosive environments (C4).

GCIC have access and great relationships with all leading protective coating paint suppliers and have vast experience in QA documentation and condition reports.
